How do I determine my size?

All clothing and products at Haus of Mélange are true to size. Most of our garments are also unisex items. For more information on sizing, feel free to visit the Gildan website.

What is your return policy for clothing items?

Haus of Mélange has a no return policy on all items. However, all items can be exchanged for other available merchandise. In lieu of our no return policy, we do provide store credits to our customers.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

Yes, all items can be exchanged for different sizes or colors if the item is available and in stock. If the item is unavailable, the customer will have the option to retain a store credit and/or discount from their next purchase.

What is the process for exchanging an item?

To request for a product exchange, please contact our Customer Care team at admin@hausofmelange.com. 

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer shipping globally around the world. 

What are the shipping options and delivery times?

Items are sent out for shipping within 24-72 business hours after the purchase has been made. Shipping options vary from 1-3 days and 7-10 days via USPS. Shipping prices may vary based on distance and the weight of the items purchased.

What if the item I want is out of stock?

Some items may not be restocked. In this case, please request for a store credit and/or exchange the item for another item that is currently in stock.

What payment methods do you accept?

Items can be purchased using all major credit and debit cards in addition to Klarna, Apple Pay, etc. 

can i purchase and pick-up my items at an onsite locatioN?

No, all items must be purchased online in addition to being shipped to a valid address. There is no onsite location available to pick up or drop off products at this time.
